How we read
The honest method
We tested the classical timing rules against real lives. They didn't predict events, so we don't sell dates.
How a reading is made
- Your birth details and three life events. Date, time and place, and how sure you are of the time. If you are unsure of it, say so; we tell you which parts of the reading still hold. Three or more dated events from your life let us cross-check your chart before we read it.
- Your chart, cast the classical way. Sidereal zodiac. The birth chart, the navamsa (D9), the career chart (D10), the planetary periods (dashas) and today's transits.
- Read through every major school. Parashari, Jaimini, Phaladeepika, Saravali, Sarvartha Chintamani, and the 27 nakshatras and their quarters.
- A register of 22,608 passages from over 130 classical and modern texts, indexed by the parts of life they speak to.
- Read with care before it reaches you. Each finding is traced to its source and weighed against what softens it. Where the texts disagree, we tell you. Difficult findings are included too, gently and plainly.
- Reviewed and approved by Capt. Anirvan before it is sent.
What we tested, and what we found
Our research is based on thousands of charts: the ones we have read ourselves, and public birth-data collections such as Astro-Databank and the Gauquelin archive. We test the classical rules against real lives, and we tell you what held and what didn't. The rules for timing events, such as when a marriage or a child comes, did not hold up when we tested them, with the test written down before we looked at the results.
So the written reading describes your nature, your tendencies and the seasons of life when themes come forward. It never gives dates of events.
Timing, in a session
In a Foresight Session, Capt. Anirvan gives his own view on the seasons ahead and on direction. That view is his personal judgement as a practitioner, not a tested method, and he gives no promises of dates.
Why we tell you this
A reading should earn your trust on every page. Telling you what the texts can and cannot do is part of that.
Guidance, not guarantees. Niti Readings describe tendencies and the seasons of life, and give no dates of events. They are not medical, legal or financial advice, and not therapy. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a helpline.
