What we sell

Written Vedic astrology study reports (the Niti Reading, delivered as a PDF by email within 3 working days of payment) and online consultations with Capt. Anirvan (the Foresight Session, sixty minutes, held in English, or in Bengali or Hindi on request). Readings describe tendencies and the seasons of life. They give no dates of events.

Booking and payment

You send a request. Capt. Anirvan confirms it and sends a secure payment link. Everything is paid in advance. Prices include all charges. You pay in the currency shown on the payment page. A confirmed request that is not paid within 24 hours is released. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged; if that changes, it is shown before you pay.

Who can book

You must be 18 or over to book.

Your details

You give correct birth details, and you order for another person only with their consent. See the privacy notice.

Refunds

Every reading and session is paid in advance. If we cannot deliver your reading, or cannot hold your session, you receive a full refund. Refunds are not given because of disagreement with a reading's content once it has been delivered, or once a session has been held. This does not affect any legal right you have in your country that cannot be excluded. If a reading is late, is missing a section we list, or is not what we described, tell us. We will put it right or refund you. UK and EU law also gives you rights if a reading or session is not as described or not done with reasonable care and skill. See refunds and cancellation.

Availability

Our readings and sessions are not available in Saudi Arabia or Qatar.

Your reading is for your own personal use. Please do not republish it.

Write to hello@nitimethod.com or send a WhatsApp message to +91 99033 06452. We reply within one working day, and acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours.

Payment security

Payments are taken by a payment provider authorised by the Reserve Bank of India, on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details.

Disputes

If something is wrong, please write to us first: most problems are solved within a few days. If it is not resolved, you can write to our grievance officer (see the grievance page). Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank, so we can put things right or refund you directly.
